The Fox Hill PTO plays a vital role in supporting our school by funding programs and events that enrich your child’s experience. This year, in lieu of traditional fundraisers, we are offering a simple and convenient way for families to support our efforts through annual PTO membership dues.
We are requesting a suggested donation of $50 per family to help fund the many events, activities, and resources we provide throughout the school year. While this contribution is not mandatory, it is crucial for maintaining the quality of programming we offer. Every donation, large or small, makes a meaningful difference.
Here are just a few things your PTO membership dues will help support:
- Fun for the Whole School!
- Events supporting engaging activities like Balloons Over Fox Hill, which showcase students’ creativity.
- Enrichment opportunities for students to meet authors who inspire creativity and a love for learning.
- Rewards such as prize carts and supporting exciting activities like Palooza help celebrate students’ hard work and positive behavior.
- Field Trips: Covering the cost of bus transportation to help reduce expenses for families, making trips more affordable for everyone.
- Scholarships: Ensuring that every student can participate in class field trips, regardless of financial need.
- Teacher Appreciation: Providing treats and surprises throughout the year, with special recognition during Teacher Appreciation Week, showing our gratitude to the hardworking teachers who make Fox Hill such a wonderful place to learn.
- Field Day: Providing allergy-friendly popsicles for all students to enjoy after a fun-filled day of outdoor activities.
- Kindergarten Field Trip T-Shirts: Making our kindergarteners’ first field trips memorable.
- Grade 5 Celebration: Supporting the yearbook, end-of-year field trip, and other festivities to create memorable events as students transition to middle school.
Additionally, we will still hold family-friendly events throughout the year, but these will require a small fee to cover costs without adding extra fundraisers.
How to Contribute: You will receive an envelope labeled with your child’s name for your family PTO dues (one envelope per family). Simply send it back to school with your donation inside (cash or check payable to Fox Hill PTO). If you would prefer to donate via Venmo, please include membership dues in the comments.
