Fox Hill PTO looking for enthusiastic helpers to join the
Ice Cream Social Raffle Committee!
This is a great opportunity to support our school community, meet other families, and contribute to the success of this exciting event which will be held on Friday, April 11th.
Committee Responsibilities Include:
- Donation Outreach: Help collect raffle prize donations from local businesses, families, or other supporters.
- Organizing Prizes: Assist in assembling and displaying raffle baskets and raffle boxes.
- Ticket Sales*: Help with managing and selling raffle tickets during the event.
- Event Support*: Assist during the Ice Cream Social to ensure the raffle runs smoothly.
* Day-of-event volunteer positions will be posted closer to the event date. Stay tuned for more information!
